Thanks for the kind words, brother! Looking forward to a lifetime if being adults together (I'm glad I at least fooled one person into thinking that I'm grown up :P)

Seriously, though, this is the nicest thing someone has done for my birthday in a long time.

What a thoughtful entry about your brother! Andrew sounds like a great little brother, and someone who you can be proud to call family.

Happy Birthday, and its probably a good thing to have mastered the whole talking thing by age 27. :)

My youngest brother recently did something that struck me in a similar way. When I was raising money to go to China, he texted me late one night and told me he wanted to give me whatever the remaining amount was. I was shocked and told him it was a large number. "It's ok," he said. "I want to help." When I told him I still lacked $1,300, he didn't even flinch. A couple weeks later, a wad of cash was in my hand to turn into the non-profit that sent us to China.

My little brother has grown up and in quite a remarkable way.

Cheers to our little brothers who aren't so little anymore.

Here here! I'll always remember Andrew as the little kid furiously peddling a tricycle around the yard with a big bike helmet on, but I too have been amazed at the fantastic things he's done with his life. Andrew, you are a true modern renaissance man. Happy birthday!

Yes, a phenomenal birthday wish for Andrew from Los Angeles.
Btw, I am jealous. I love Seattle and wish my brother lived closer.
He lives in Manassas but recently purchased a bigger home and lives there with the best sister-in-law ever.

Cheers!
