My 3 Favorite SNL Sketches of the Week (Dan Levy)

This was an interesting week for Saturday Night Live. The host, Dan Levy (Schitt’s Creek), was awesome, but some sketches just didn’t work at all. However, a few of them were also fantastic. Just not much middle ground this week.

My favorite sketch of the week isn’t entirely work-friendly, so maybe wait to watch this one. It plays on the odd-but-real pleasure derived from looking at homes on Zillow. That’s how I found our current condo!

It Gets Better

This sketch is a close second, particularly the parts involving the iguana.

Super Bowl Pod

While this sketch wasn’t laugh-out-loud hilarious (and it gets pretty weird at the end), it’s incredibly easy to relate to, as I’m sure we’ve all heard others (and ourselves) talking about our “pods” and “bubbles” and “circles of trust” during the pandemic.

Also, quick honorable mention to the visual joke involving the two Super Bowl coaches. Click here and watch the next 60 seconds or so (I’ve started it roughly where the joke begins).

Which of these is your favorite?
