I recently watched the second season of the bizarre sketch-comedy show by Tim Robinson on Netflix, “I Think You Should Leave.” It features very odd, random humor, but I found a number of the sketches very funny, so I thought I’d share them today in case you want to check out the highlight reel.
Many of these sketches feature major reveals, and none of them are titled, so I’ll describe them in a spoiler-free way so you can experience them for yourself.
- Episode 1 (0:10): The lunchtime meeting
- Episode 1 (12:00): The after-hours haunted house
- Episode 3 (0:10): “I should’ve got that.”
- Episode 3 (5:25): Special movie star (the punchline is at the very end, so I’ve started in the middle of the sketch); the sketch continues in an awkwardly funny “interview with the actors” at 7:38
- Episode 3 (10:38): The courtroom sketch
- Episode 5 (0:10): Angry driver sketch
What was your favorite sketch from season 2?
Create a board game that has everything a horror movie has… Suspense, fear, moments of hopelessness, and jump scares!
Shari and I were rolling on the floor during the sketch where the white-collar criminals had their phone and text conversations read out to the court, and among the stuff relevant to the case we got excruciatingly humiliating details about what they thought about the coworker’s hat.
I love that sketch. It had me from the moment it first cut to the guy in the hat. 🙂
